An exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team!

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Work Experience Co-ordinator to be responsible for the organisation of work experience across all subject areas and maintaining learner safety, both within the college and whilst on work placements. 

The role will also include liaising with potential placement providers, promoting the benefits of work placements to employers and providing advice and guidance relating to work placements and health and safety matters.

You will have previous experience of working in an administrative position and be comfortable advising, motivating and enthusing students of all academic abilities. We will need you to have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, as you will act as an ambassador for the Trust, liaising with a range of external agencies. 

New College Bradford is a 16-19 free school which opened in September 2019, initially with 600 students, rising to 1300 by September 2021. The College sits within the New Collaborative Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust established by New College Pontefract (an Ofsted outstanding provider). The Colleges and School in the Trust work closely together, presenting exciting opportunities for collaboration, support, development and progression.
