We have just appointed a new Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher and are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented teacher who can lead and manage upper KS2 and be part of the school leadership team.

We are looking for a candidate who:-

• Has the vision and motivation to inspire children and staff, raise standards and promote excellence
• Is an outstanding leader with a proven track record for raising attainment
• Committed to achieving the best for all of our children and be part of a learning community

The role will include:-

• Assisting the Headteacher in managing, leading and developing the school and maintaining high standards of pupil achievement, behaviour, social development
• Leading a significant aspect of school improvement
• Having high expectations and lead by example, in promoting the school’s vision, values and aims
• Being a member of the SLT and make a significant contribution to the strategic development and direction of the school
• Providing guidance and support to all members of staff
• Ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources
