Wycombe Abbey is recruiting a Management Accountant to deliver high‑quality financial reporting, forecasting and insight in support of informed decision‑making.
In this key Management Accountant role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the sound financial management of Wycombe Abbey and its subsidiary companies. Working closely with the Director of Finance and colleagues across the School, you will prepare high‑quality management accounts, forecasts and budgets that support informed decision‑making and long‑term sustainability. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining technical expertise with collaborative working in a values‑led organisation.
The Finance Department plays a vital role in supporting all areas of the School’s operations. The team is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and insightful analysis to enable the School to fulfil its educational mission. This role offers scope to take ownership, work with a variety of stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to the smooth and effective running of the School.
