As a Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive, and caring learning environment. You will work closely with pupils to encourage their academic and personal growth, ensuring all children feel confident, valued, and inspired to succeed.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Kind and patient, with a genuine love of working with children

• A highly skilled communicator, able to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and families

• Committed to high personal and professional standards

• Enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to contribute to our vibrant school community

• Understands that neurodiverse or other SEND pupils can achieve brilliantly with the right support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a GCSE pass (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths

• Trained to deliver phonics (RWI)
