Salary Grade: Depending on experience; Scale point 4-5 (£21,359.46 to £21,682.92 actual).
Hours: 35 hours per week (M-F 8:00-15:30) every day, Term Time only plus 5 Inset days
Responsible to: Class Teacher or Phase Leader of the area in which you are deployed
Purpose of post: Required as soon as possible, a flexible, motivated, and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with children within the SEN Unit at Marish Primary School under the direction of the class teacher.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, have effective communication skills, a willingness to become involved in professional development, and the ability to support children in their learning and with their personal care. Finally, a willingness to work at lunchtimes or do occasional cover with our youngest pupils, aged 2 and 3 years, is desirable.
