Caretaker - Full or Part-time Applications considered

Coworth Flexlands School are looking to recruit a caretaker to join our team!

This is a permanent, full-time post, working 37.5 hours per week ideally 7am-3pm, however times can be agreed on appointment. We would also be happy to consider a part-time appointment or a job share.

The Caretaker will report to the Business Manager and perform and assist with the day to day maintenance of the buildings, equipment, services and grounds of the school.

The successful candidate will have:

• A wide range of skills with an ability to prioritise and organise their work
• A friendly, flexible team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• The physical capability to carry out tasks within the role’s remit
• A minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English.
