Seeking a detail-oriented Absence and Attendance Officer to join our team. Collaborates with educational leaders, teachers, and Dutch authorities to ensure accurate attendance monitoring and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record daily student attendance using school systems.
- Address absenteeism patterns, communicate with stakeholders, and report to staff.
- Process leave requests, maintain records, and coordinate with teachers and parents.
- Act as DUO liaison for compliance, reporting, and collaboration.
- Ensure policy adherence, generate reports, and provide support to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Dutch.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in educational institutions, proficiency in school management software, and knowledge of Dutch educational laws preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
