The Role

We are looking for an Academic Mentor to provide high quality academic mentoring to students across the school, both with individual students and with small groups. The post holder will be responsible for leading intervention across the school and review its effectiveness and impact. The ideal candidate will have experience of building professional relationships with students and be confident at providing support to ensure students achieve their potential.

This is a permanent role, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET). The salary for this role is Grade D pro rata - actual salary £17,754-£18,051.
