A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and suitably experienced General HR Assistant at North Star Community Trust, where you will be responsible for providing outstanding and professional administration support to the team.
Key aspects of this role are supporting the administration activity relating to the employee life cycle and supporting the work of the HR team at our Academies. You will also play a key role in the administration of the HR system (EveryHR).
This role requires working at a fast pace and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will come from an administrative background. Previous HR experience would be an advantage although it is not essential as full training will be given.
North Star Community Trust is a Charitable Trust set up to run and manage three Primary and one Secondary Academy serving approximately 2600 children. Based in Edmonton we are focused on driving up the quality of education provision and standards. Our secondary school will be enrolling our first group of students in our new sixth form in September 2023.
