Location: This role is not office based and will require face to face attendance at different schools, as well as working from home.
Working Pattern: Governance meetings are generally between 4pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only. Minutes are required to be produced within 7 working days of the meeting. The meetings are usually 2 hours and a set number of worked hours per meeting will be agreed in advance with the line manager.

We require an experienced minute taker for our Governance meetings; someone who has extensive experience of taking minutes, excellent communication and literacy skills, prides themselves on accuracy and high standards and understands the importance of confidentiality. At present this role is paid on a casual hour’s contract. The meetings are generally between 4pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday, Term-time Only. Minutes are required to be produced within 7 working days of the meeting. The meetings are usually 2 hours and a set number of hours per meeting will be agreed in advance with the line manager. Our schools are in Kingston, Hillingdon, South London, Surrey, Slough, and Sussex. This role is not office based and it will require face to face attendance at different schools. Use of a private laptop will be required.
This role includes taking notes and typing up minutes using the templates provided, including making any amendments that are required by the Principal and Chair of Governors.
You will be offered job specific training, as well as ongoing support from the Governance Manager.
