Prospect House School is a highly successful, non-selective IAPS preparatory school based in Putney, London SW15 for up to 320 children aged 3 to 11. It has an excellent reputation and in the Independent Schools Inspectorate recent school inspection it received the highest accolades across every aspect of its work.

Candidates will have to demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm and enjoy working within a team with all members of the school community. Although the Office Manager/HR reports to the Head, he/she will also have regular contact with governors, members of the Senior Leadership Team, teaching team, support staff and parents.

A highly efficient, multi-tasking person is required for the role. It is a full-time, year-round position with the option to work from home during the school holidays.

Accuracy and excellent written English is essential. The job is always varied and yields high job satisfaction.

Annual salary will depend on experience but will be comparable to the salary of a PA to a Partner in a busy West End law firm.

About Prospect House School

Prospect House School is a non-denominational, non-selective, co-educational, independent day school for children aged 3-11. It is situated in Putney, West London. There are currently 300 pupils at the school.

A member of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools, Prospect House opened its doors in 1991. It is located on two sites. The Lower School accommodates children aged 3-7. The Upper School is for pupils aged 7-11 and is a five-minute walk away. Both schools are set in large grounds with spacious playgrounds. The Upper School has the additional resource of an all-weather sports area.
