The Wellington College Hangzhou campus opened in 2018, showcasing a world-class modern facility, educating pupils from age 2 to 18 years old. Hiba Academy Hangzhou (HAH) is the bilingual school combining the best of the British and Chinese education systems for Chinese pupils aged 2 to18. The school was granted membership to FOBISIA in 2023, following a British style of curriculum and offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A Levels.
Hiba Academy Hangzhou (Nursery) (HAHN) provides a bilingual Early Years learning environment, developing strong language and communication skills through internationally proven play-based activities.
Wellington College International Hangzhou (WCIH) offers a world-class international education for children of expatriate families from the ages of 5 to 18, following a curriculum based on the English National Curriculum in Pre-Prep and Prep School, enhanced by the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). These naturally lead to the IGCSE and A Levels in Senior School.
According to the latest list published by Forbes China for 2024, 3% of the top 100 private international schools in China are from Hangzhou, and Hiba Academy Hangzhou ranks 1st among all bilingual schools in Hangzhou listed and 53rd in China, and Wellington College International Hangzhou has ranked 2nd in Hangzhou and 29th in China.
