As a Classroom Teacher at Dashwood Banbury Academy, you will play a vital role in fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of our young learners. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for working with children aged 5-11 years
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop professionally
- Basic organisational skills for planning daily activities
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
