About the Role

An excellent opportunity exists for an HSIE Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team at Trinity Catholic College Goulburn. The HSIE Coordinator (Acting) is a leader in the College community. With the Assistant Principals, they are responsible for the day-to-day management of students, staff, courses and events for their faculty

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrates a willingness to support and promote the mission of the Church in Catholic Education and Trinity Catholic College values;
  • Models excellence and innovation in teaching and learning;
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum in the HSIE subject areas and the capacity to ensure its effective implementation;
  • Strong understanding of contemporary approaches to student learning and effective pedagogical practices and capacity to lead others to achieve high quality teaching and learning;
  • Excellent organisational and management skills including the capacity to supervise and lead staff, to manage budgets, to meet deadlines and to communicate clearly;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team situation, to facilitate a harmonious working environment;
  • Competent technology skills;
  • A commitment to engage in relevant ongoing professional learning.
