ABC Teachers are looking to recruit an experienced Year 4 Teacher to work in a vastly improving primary school in Dudley. This role is part-time (3 days a week) and is due to start September 2018 until April 2019 to cover a maternity cover. Due to the school being requires improvement, they have put in a lot of strategies to improve the schools Ofsted rating. They have seen a great amount of progress since and are confident that they will become a ‘Good’ school in the next rating.

The role in question is a part-time job share for 3 days a week; this means that planning, marking and assessing are expected, but is shared between both teachers. Along with this, parents evening and 1 staff meetings with need to be attended. You will get PPA time along with the other class teacher Monday afternoons. All planning will need to be a week ahead and handed in promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess-

· Qualified teacher status- NQTs allowed to apply and induction supported

· Experience working within year 4 or KS2

· Willing to commit to the entirety of the role

· Up to date knowledge on the national curriculum

· Ability to differentiate planning for all pupils
