As a Lecturer at Trafford College your key responsibilities will include:

 • Providing an outstanding educational experience which maximises learner recruitment, retention and success and enables learners to maximise their potential.

 • Delivering outstanding courses which meet learner needs. 

• Completing and maintaining effective data in relation to learners including, attendance, individual learner targets, progression, achievement and destination. 

• Being responsible for a course or courses of study and learner outcome. 

You will have a degree level qualification in English or a related subject with experience of teaching GCSE English. You must also hold a level 5 recognised teaching qualification and a qualification equivalent to level 2 in Maths or be willing to complete these qualifications within a specified time.
