We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Lecturer to join our Foundation and GCSE English team. As a Lecturer at Trafford College your key responsibilities will include:
•Providing an outstanding educational experience which maximises learner recruitment, retention and success and enables learners to maximise their potential.
•Delivering outstanding courses which meet learner needs.
•Completing and maintaining effective data in relation to learners including, attendance, individual learner targets, progression, achievement and destination.
•Being responsible for a course or courses of study and learner outcome.
You will have a degree level qualification in English or a related subject with experience of teaching GCSE English. You must also hold a level 5 recognised teaching qualification and a qualification equivalent to level 2 in Maths or be willing to complete these qualifications within a specified time.
