£21,136 to £23,138 – Fixed Term Maternity Cover (full-time)
An exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, well supported team
Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day school for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs, located in a beautiful rural setting with good transport links to London.
We are looking for a 1:1 Communications Support Key Worker to provide individual support across the school day (which includes sport and swimming activities). You will be an enthusiastic practitioner with excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping our exceptional and well-behaved students achieve their potential.
The post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, well supported team. Experience of supporting students with SEND is desirable, but not essential, as comprehensive induction and ongoing training is provided.
Requirements for the role:
• Experience of working with students in an educational setting
• A willingness to develop skills in using specific specialist school wide programmes
• Excellent people and organisational skills
• A full UK driving licence
