We are looking to recruit an outstanding member of staff to join our dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants.

The successful candidate will work with a Year 1 child who has a diagnosis of Ring Chromosome 20 and associated frontal lobe epilepsy, the child is currently displaying ADHD type behaviours that require support.  The child is in receipt of top-up funding and has an EHCP.  You will be supporting the child throughout the morning, to include social, communication interactions, alongside some behavioural support as well as developing progress and attainment in learning.  There will be a strong focus on the implementation of successful social interactions and also health and safety requirements whilst also complementing our school systems and structures with more bespoke strategies.
