Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a level 3 qualified Learning Support Assistant who will work on a 1:1 basis with a child in year 6, starting from September 2025.
You will work in collaboration with parents, school staff and external professionals to develop and implement an individual plan to meet the needs of the child.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with those around them.
You will demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the education of children.
Contract: Fixed-term contract for one year.
Hours: 25 hours per week, term-time only.
