We seek to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic and committed Learning Support Team. This temporary position is for 40 hours per week, linked to a named child and will continue whilst the child is a pupil at Thomas's Battersea.
The successful candidate should have experience helping children with their emotional regulation and social communication skills.
This is a great opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our community. We are looking for a person who can quickly generate confidence and respect and who is capable of fostering highly positive working relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

The interview process for shortlisted candidates includes a school tour, an observed learning activity evaluated by a member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and a series of interviews. These interviews will focus on the key responsibilities of the role, along with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
