Your opportunity

We are looking to appoint a 1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant, to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience with complex needs and intimate care. They will play a key role in individual support for a named child in Year 4 with special educational needs. The successful individual will support the Class Teacher in the teaching and welfare of the child.

We work closely with the Trust within the Teaching School, supporting Teacher Training, School-to-School support with SLE and LLE brokering and leading CPD across schools. We benefit from sharing outstanding resources, CPD and practise across a wide range of GLF schools.

The Details

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: £17900 - £21,000 (Full time equivalent)

Pro Rata: £14,330 - £16,812

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8.30am-3.30pm for 33.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
