Meon Junior School is currently seeking to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with specific learning needs. This is fixed term post funded through an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). You will support the pupil’s access to learning by supervising and assisting (one to one) across a wide range of activities and supported learning activities.
You will be willing to take the opportunity to play a full part in the further development of our school and join us in our aims to make learning irresistible and to provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone.
You will hold a relevant NVQ Level 2 or higher childcare qualification, and excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above).
