ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant to join the team of an SEND school near Lichfield.
About the Role:
- You will be working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis with students, quickly building a positive rapport with the young people.
- Supporting the class teacher, helping to prepare the classroom and deliver lessons in a creative and engaging way.
- This is a full time, ongoing position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate, starting as soon as possible.

- Experienced Teaching Assistant who is knowledgeable about working with young people with SEND.
- Able to adapt quickly and build a strong rapport with both the young people and staff you work with.
- Motivated and reliable, the school are looking for consistency so you will ideally be available full time on a long term basis.
