Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School in Esher, Surrey is an independent day school for boys and girls aged from three to seven years. It was founded in 1912 and is part of the Shrewsbury House School Trust and is administered by a Board of Governors.  

Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School are seeking a capable and friendly 1 to 1 Learning Support Assistant to come and join the team in September 2021 to work with an individual child in one of our Key Stage 1 classes. The successful candidate will work well as part of a team, have good communication skills, and have a calm and caring approach. Their own value set should fit well with our school TRACK values (Teamwork, Resilience, Aspiration, Care and Kindness). Experience of working with children, including those with particular support needs, would be beneficial, though not essential. 

There will be the opportunity to be involved in our wraparound care and holiday club programmes, both of which will provide additional income to the base salary.
