ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work within a school near Burton-Upon-Trent to support pupils with autism as well as other additional needs. The school has a Primary and Secondary site so there are opportunities to work with children of varying ages.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children with additional needs within a residential/education setting.
- Be able to build strong rapport with both the children and staff
- Be confident in enhancing the learning of children of varying abilities
- Be able to provide references that meet our safeguarding policies
- Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to complete one)
