2 Level 1/2 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Godmanchester Bridge Academy is seeking to appoint well organised, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 and in small groups with SEND children across the school.

Contract type: Fixed term to August 2023, 20- 30 hours per week

Salary: Level 1/2 dependent on experience, (FTE from £20,441 - £21,968)

Level 1/2 1:1 Teaching Assistants

This is a great opportunity to work in a school with a friendly but dedicated teaching team and wonderful children.

We have two positions for 22 -30 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per year).

The ideal candidate will:

• Enjoy and have experience of working with a range of children with a variety of needs
• Have experience in following teaching plans and using a wide range of positive behaviour strategies
• Demonstrate good people skills and show commitment to working in a caring, supportive team
• Be creative, flexible, and kind in their approach to supporting children to achieve their best
• Support the needs of the individual child including intimate and medical care
