2024/2025: BIOLOGY teacher for ENGLISH secondary classes

The EIMLB recruits 1 BIOLOGY teacher for the ENGLISH section of secondary school. A good communication level in FRENCH (and/or GERMAN) is a major asset.

Interested candidates must meet at least the following conditions:

• have access to the teaching profession in a member country of the European Union or the European Free Trade Association;

• have 5 years of experience in the teaching profession;

• be fluent in one of the official languages of Luxembourg: French, German and Luxembourgish.

Prior experience as a SCIENCE COORDINATOR is a major asset.

Prior experience as a BACCALAUREATE COORDINATOR in a European School is a major asset.

Candidates should also be ready and willing

• to evolve in the concepts of learning and facilitating learning – instead of teaching – and autonomous work put into practice at the EIMLB ;

• to carry out a 1-2 days’ internship prior to engagement;

• to work in open spaces;

• to work at relationship level with learners.
