1. General Responsibilities
1.1 Curriculum Development & Delivery
Design and teach subject-specific courses aligned with the school’s educational objectives and international standards (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or local curriculum frameworks).
Create lesson plans that integrate interactive activities, multimedia resources, and age-appropriate teaching methods to engage primary and secondary students.
1.2 Classroom Management
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respects cultural diversity.
Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations, ensuring safety and focus during lessons.
1.3 Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
Regularly evaluate students’ academic performance, skills development, and participation through quizzes, projects, presentations, or practical demonstrations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians, documenting progress in report cards or portfolios.
1.4 Cultural & Linguistic Support
Teach content in English while adapting language complexity to students’ proficiency levels, helping them build subject-specific vocabulary.
