The Role

For our Gymnasium (Secondary School) in Heilbronn, we are looking for a Secondary Teacher. Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and reflect on lessons in line with our benchmarked curriculum

  • Encourage independent learning and a growth mindset

  • Use differentiated methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new pedagogical concepts

  • Assess students and prepare them holistically for written and oral German school leaving examinations (incl. Abitur pathway)

Your Profile

  • German Second State Examination (2. Staatsexamen) for Gymnasium, or a Master’s degree

  • Fluent German and native-level English

  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in shaping modern education

  • Enjoys teaching adolescents and acting as a positive role model

  • Motivation to contribute to concepts focused on individualised student development
