The Role
For our Gymnasium (Secondary School) in Heilbronn, we are looking for a Secondary Teacher. Your Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and reflect on lessons in line with our benchmarked curriculum
Encourage independent learning and a growth mindset
Use differentiated methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs
Contribute to the development and implementation of new pedagogical concepts
Assess students and prepare them holistically for written and oral German school leaving examinations (incl. Abitur pathway)
Your Profile
German Second State Examination (2. Staatsexamen) for Gymnasium, or a Master’s degree
Fluent German and native-level English
A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in shaping modern education
Enjoys teaching adolescents and acting as a positive role model
Motivation to contribute to concepts focused on individualised student development
