Position: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 4 years

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Qualified teacher status with experience working with special educational needs and disabilities
- Knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies
- Ability to assess individual student needs and develop appropriate support plans
