Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education or related field

- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the elementary level

- Familiarity with the Canadian curriculum is an asset

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
