The overarching aim of the academy is to achieve reintegration back into school, further education or employment. For some, this might mean a short stay at the academy, whilst for others it might mean a longer-term involvement throughout their secondary schooling.

Our vision focuses on understanding each student's unique needs, leveraging a multi-agency approach that brings together local authorities, external partners, and our dedicated team. This collaborative framework ensures early identification of holistic and academic needs, creating a foundation for sustained progress and success beyond the classroom.
Working at Ormiston Latimer means joining a dynamic community that values relationships, aspiration, inclusivity, support, and empowerment. We foster strong partnerships with local schools, families, and organizations, such as EFHE Mind, the Harrow Club, and the Construction Youth Trust, ensuring our learners have access to unparalleled opportunities.
