This position focuses on teaching Common Core/Advanced Placement (AP) English courses at the high/secondary school level.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous English instruction that fosters critical thinking, analytical skills, and a love of literature among students. The teacher will develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, assess student progress, and contribute to the overall academic development of students within the secondary school environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary/high school level
- Experience teaching Advanced Placement (AP) courses preferred
- Strong knowledge of English curriculum standards and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners
- Proficient in integrating technology into teaching practices
