Math Teacher

Our school is growing, and we are looking for a passionate IB Math Teacher to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated educator who can deliver high-quality mathematics instruction within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. The ideal candidate understands IB philosophy and is committed to inquiry-based, concept-driven learning that develops students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics within the IB Programme (PYP / MYP / DP — specify as applicable)

• Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB standards

• Develop students’ conceptual understanding, reasoning, and real-world application of mathematics

• Design and assess formative and summative assessments in line with IB criteria

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs

• Collaborate with colleagues on unit planning, moderation, and interdisciplinary learning

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field

• Experience teaching IB Mathematics (PYP, MYP, and/or DP preferred)

• Strong understanding of IB philosophy, approaches to teaching and learning (ATL), and assessment practices

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
