We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join our team from August 2026. As a BSO-accredited school, ICS Al Manhal follows the National Curriculum for England, providing a nurturing and ambitious learning environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England
- Differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of all learners
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use assessment and data to monitor and support student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices
- Take part in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Maintain strong, respectful communication with parents and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or PGCE with QTS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in a primary setting (UK preferred)
- Experience with the National Curriculum for England is highly desirable
- Strong lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement skills
- Passion for creative, student-centered learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ADEK approval or eligibility is an advantage
- ECTs are welcome to apply – an induction programme is available (please note, the ECT programme is payable by the candidate)
