·       Contribute to the design of meaningful assessments that capture entrepreneurial thinking, reflection, and application.

2.     Inquiry-Based & Project-Based Learning

·       Embed inquiry-led approaches that encourage learners to ask questions, explore opportunities, and develop solutions.

·       Collaborate with Secondary and SPARK colleagues to strengthen the entrepreneurial dimension of Project-Based Learning.

·       Support learners to apply business and enterprise concepts in authentic, real-world contexts.

3.     Global Entrepreneurship Week

·       Work as part of a team to plan and deliver Global Entrepreneurship Week, ensuring it is engaging, purposeful, and aligned with Citizens’ vision.

·       Support partnerships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and the wider community to enrich learner experiences.

·       Help showcase learner learning, creativity, and enterprise thinking through events and exhibitions.

4.    Personalised Learner Experience

·       Live the Citizens principle of “Everyone known and known well.”

·       Build positive relationships that support learner confidence, ownership, and resilience.

·       Guide learners in developing leadership, collaboration, and reflective skills.

5.     Team Contribution & Professional Culture

·       Engage positively with professional dialogue, planning, and reflection.

·       Participate in meetings and professional learning with clarity, purpose, and a growth mindset.
