Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Literature or related field (minimum requirement)
- No previous teaching experience required; passion for teaching and leadership potential essential
- Strong understanding of the IB Diploma Programme philosophy and requirements preferred or willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
- Ability to inspire student engagement through innovative teaching methods
- Organizational skills necessary for managing departmental responsibilities including curriculum planning
