We are currently seeking a Learning to Learn Specialist for the Academic Year 26/27 within our Student Support Services team. This position focuses on helping students develop effective learning strategies, self-regulation skills, and confidence to become independent learners.

Position: Learning to Learn Specialist (Learning Support)
Location: Cambodia

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in learning support or educational roles focused on developing student learning skills
- Strong understanding of diverse learner needs and evidence-based strategies for teaching “learning how to learn”
- Ability to design individualized plans that promote metacognition, study skills, time management, and motivation
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, teachers and staff
- Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with international curricula is an advantage
