We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Head of Prep School responsible for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to join our dynamic leadership team.

Position: Assistant Head of Prep School – EYFS
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Curriculum: United Kingdom (British Curriculum)
Education Stage: Elementary/Primary School
Minimum Experience: 5 years

Role Overview:
The Assistant Head of Prep School – EYFS will play a key role in leading and managing the Early Years Foundation Stage department. This position requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the UK curriculum for early years, and a passion for fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, parents, and senior leaders to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across EYFS.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the UK Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Proven leadership or management experience within primary or prep school settings
- Strong understanding of current best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to lead curriculum development aligned with UK standards
- Skilled at mentoring and supporting teaching staff to improve practice
- Competent in using assessment tools relevant to EYFS monitoring
- Qualified teacher status recognized by UK educational authorities

- PGCE/i and/or Educational Degree
