Nestled in one of Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes, Arcadia Academy offers educators the opportunity to build their careers in the heart of Montenegro — a country of dramatic mountains, crystal-clear Adriatic waters, and UNESCO-protected old towns.
Montenegro may be small in size, but it offers an exceptional quality of life. Within a single afternoon, you can finish school overlooking the Bay of Kotor, swim in the sea, and still make it to the mountains for sunset. Montenegro offers Mediterranean climate with a balanced pace of life, safety and the strong sense of community.
At Arcadia Academy, we are proud to be a growing British international school committed to academic excellence and strong pastoral care. We offer a supportive, close-knit professional environment where teachers are known as individuals, not numbers. Staff collaborate closely, contribute meaningfully, and have the opportunity to shape a developing school community.
Our location allows staff to enjoy a lifestyle that balances meaningful professional work with daily access to nature and culture. For educators seeking adventure, balance, and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing school community, Arcadia Academy offers something truly distinctive.
If you are inspired by beautiful surroundings, value community, and want to contribute to a forward-thinking international school in one of Europe’s hidden gems, we would be delighted to hear from you.
