We are currently seeking an experienced Pastoral Support Officer (PSO) to join our dedicated team in promoting student well-being and fostering a positive school community.

Role Overview:
The Pastoral Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the welfare of our students by providing guidance, support, and intervention as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every student’s pastoral needs are met effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Youth Work, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pastoral care, student support or safeguarding preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and reporting on student welfare issues.
