Preschool Arabic Teacher (Saudi Arabia)

The Arabic Teacher supports young children’s learning in an inquiry-based, play-focused early years environment. The teacher leads Arabic language experiences, supports children’s wellbeing, and works closely with colleagues and families.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver simple, engaging Arabic learning experiences through play and small group work.

• Create a warm and stimulating classroom environment.

• Support children’s wellbeing, behaviour and development.

• Respect and value each child’s cultural and religious background.

• Document children’s learning when required.

• Communicate clearly with parents in Arabic and work in partnership with the Core Teacher.

• Support cultural events such as Ramadan and Eid.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and take part in professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Childhood Education (Arabic) or equivalent.

• 1–2 years’ experience ideally  in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.

• Strong spoken and written Arabic.

• Basic level of English.

• Positive attitude, open to learning a new approach and ability to work as part of a team.
