Role Overview:
The Assistant Head (School Community & Student Experience) will play a key role in enhancing the overall student experience by promoting wellbeing, engagement, and positive relationships within the school community. This position involves working closely with students, staff, parents, and external partners to create an environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pastoral care or welfare roles within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding practices, and student wellbeing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups including students, parents, faculty members, and external agencies.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams or projects related to student support services.
- Ability to develop initiatives that promote inclusivity, diversity awareness, mental health support programs, and extracurricular engagement.
- Skilled in conflict resolution techniques as well as crisis management.
- Familiarity with international education systems is preferred.
