About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping an engaging, nurturing, and ambitious learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum that reflects National Curriculum requirements and the ethos of our school. Through clear objectives, creative teaching strategies, and purposeful classroom management, you will inspire curiosity, encourage progress, and create meaningful learning experiences for all pupils. You will monitor achievement closely, using assessment to inform future planning and ensure continuity and progression. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute positively to the wider school community by participating in staff development, engaging with parents, supporting safeguarding responsibilities, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

This is a permanent, full-time role, with a start date of 31/08/2026.

You bring strong organisational skills, a willingness to collaborate, and a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You have a clear understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment techniques, and you approach change with sensitivity and initiative. You embrace diversity, remain curious about the world, and value the global perspectives of our school community. Above all, you still genuinely love working with children and are committed to raising achievement for every pupil.
