Teacher of ICT - KS3, KS4 and KS5

Job Role

To deliver engaging ICT lessons across Key Stages, foster digital literacy, and inspire students to become confident and responsible users of technology.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality ICT lessons in line with the Curriculum

• Teach computing concepts, including digital literacy, programming, and online safety

• Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning

• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing regular feedback

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

• Contribute to curriculum development and innovation in ICT

• Promote responsible use of technology and e-safety awareness

• Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school life

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related subject

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / B.Ed. or equivalent)

• Experience teaching ICT within a British curriculum school (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of coding, digital tools, and emerging technologies

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
