Job Requirements

• Support the Head of Secondary in delivering the strategic vision and daily operational excellence of the Secondary School

• Lead on school improvement planning, self-evaluation and inspection readiness

• Monitor teaching and learning to ensure high standards of engagement, achievement and progress

• Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment practices and academic outcomes

• Support staff appraisal, performance development and professional growth

• Promote outstanding attendance, behaviour and student wellbeing

• Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Taaleem policies

• Contribute to enrolment growth and achievement of business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)

• Leadership qualification or relevant educational management training

• Minimum 2 years’ senior or middle leadership experience in a similar setting

• Strong knowledge of international curricula and inspection frameworks

• Fluency in English
