Job Overview:
The Curriculum Coordinator will oversee the design, alignment, and continuous improvement of the middle school and high school curricula based on U.S. standards. This role involves collaborating with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure academic excellence and consistency across grade levels while supporting professional development initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership within a U.S.-based educational system
- Strong knowledge of U.S. secondary education standards, assessment practices, and curriculum frameworks
- Proven ability to analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with faculty, students, parents, and administration
- Experience with integrating technology into curriculum planning preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under deadlines
