Elementary Physical Education Teacher (AY 26-27)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Elementary Physical Education Teacher to join our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate, engaging, and safe PE lessons that promote physical literacy, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits among elementary students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach Elementary PE classes (Grades 3–4) aligned with the school curriculum

• Design structured lessons focusing on fundamental movement skills, fitness, and teamwork

• Ensure student safety and proper use of equipment during all PE activities

• Support school-wide events such as Sports Day, fitness challenges, and PE-related programs

• Collaborate with PE team members and homeroom teachers

• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and professional meetings

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native English speaker

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Elementary Physical Education (required)

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field

• Eligible for a work permit in Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid teaching license or teaching certificate (highly preferred)

• Experience in international or bilingual school settings

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills

• Experience in organizing school sports events or fitness programs
