We are proudly expanding to include a Nursery in January 2026 and Year 9 in September 2026, with a strategic growth plan leading to Year 13. Due to growth, we are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join us as a Primary Teacher for August 2026. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Purpose:

To teach within the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.

● Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across either the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase

● Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences, collaborating and sharing best practice.

● Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning

● Have a High-Performance mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times

● Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching

● Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students

● Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills

● Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement

● Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events

● Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.

● To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal.
